In June 2009, Google gave more control to their AdSense publishers by giving them the ability to control their font sizes of the ads. But does it work?
A WebmasterWorld thread has complaints from some publishers saying it simply does not work. They said they feel like Google simply ignores the control, so what is the point of setting a font size?
One publisher said:
I have set my default font to verdana and the font size to large and all my AdSense Ad Units use the account default settings. However I have medium rectangles that very often show small font ads which looks horrible.
Or it shows medium font which is ok but still not the font size I set up.
Another publisher said:
I see the same as you. Every now and then I see Arial or Times although I have Verdana set as font. When I refresh the page its gone. So I assume that G is testing.
Do you have this problem.
