Android Wear Apps Go Live in Google Play Store

Android WearLast night, Google announced on Google+ that they have published the first set of Android Wear apps in the Google Play Store.

There are a total of 24 apps now officially available for Android Wear watch devices. Here is a screen shot of the page:
