Annie Cushing lives in the Philadelphia region and has been one of the more well-known faces within the SEM community for ages. Annie is more on the analytics side of the SEM space but has a deep set of knowledge around both PPC and SEO tactics and more importantly, how to measure those results.
She is a speaker and also has published her ideas and tips across numerous industry web sites. From Search Engine Land to Moz, to Search Engine Journal and Inbound. Her knowledge and shares can be found well across the internet.
She is very active on social media, including Facebook and Twitter and honestly, everyone I know just loves her for her kindness, friendliness and of course her willingness to share her knowledge and talent with her friends and colleagues.

One piece of advice to the SEOs out there? Don't take stupid risks with others' sites. To you, SEO might be fun to experiment with, to see how much you can get away with. But it could be someone else's business, kids' college fund, or retirement you're playing fire with.
Favorite things in general? I'm obsessed with the color lime green, funky shoes, and dragon boating. Dragon boating helped me overcome some workaholic tendencies and find better work-life balance.
