This past month we still didn't get that Penguin update but we are still crossing our fingers. We did see some signs of updates this past month but it wasn't Penguin - some think possible Panda shuffles.
Google killed off toolbar PageRank and it is only a matter of time until they do the same for RankBrain based on all the misinformation out there. Google updated their quality raters guidelines and expanded their help documents on local SEO ranking. Google also warned about a mobile friendly ranking boost coming in May.
