A Cre8asite Forum member posted the advice his hosting company told him in a thread named over 150 domain names, Google PR. Basically, they told him to set up his 150 domain names, and then interlink them all, in order to boost his PageRank.
Bottom line, be careful who you ask for SEO advice from.
