More Google Talk Blank AdSense Ads Spotted

Several people have been spotting a Google AdSense ad that leads to Google Talk, that reads "Blank Test Ad." That ad looks like this:

A DigitalPoint Forums member posted a screen shot after he spotted it this weekend on a site.

People are trying to come up with the meaning behind the ad.

Is it a marketing ploy or an ad test?
