The SMX West 2009 conference is just around the corner, starting on February 10th. We will be providing a different style of live blogging then you are use to from us. How will it differ?
First of all, only I, Barry Schwartz, the editor of the Search Engine Roundtable and Keri Morget of Morgret Designs with be providing live coverage.
Second, we are using a live blogging tool to provide the real time coverage. The tool is by Cover It Live and it allows us to provide streaming chat-like transcripts, plus the ability to have Keri and I cover the same session at the same time. For most of the sessions, both Keri and I will be providing dual coverage. Keri might be doing the transcribing (to the best of her ability), while I might add commentary and take pictures in real time. In addition, you can interact with us and while we are live blogging, so feel free to ask us questions as we live blog.
