Google AdWords Keyword Tool Adds Languages

It seems Google is testing adding languages to the Google Keyword Tool. I am not sure if this is really new, but it seems folks at WebmasterWorld say it is.

I personally see this new language break out, which is in the picture below:

Google multilingual keyword tool

Pavlova said he believes this addition is a sign that Google "is developing a multilingual taxonomy, and that the category list that I've seen in English is a global categorization system."

Tedster, WebmasterWorld administrator, said he does not see those languages when he tries to play with the keyword tool, but he wouldn't be surprised since Google is really pushing hard in language support.

Is this new? If so, what type of impact do you think this will make going forward?
