Bing offered their form of direct answers years ago but now I noticed those boxes allow you to actually edit them. Also the answers seem to be coming up more often as a WebmasterWorld thread seems to imply.

If you click on "improve this answer" you are taken to a screen where you can edit the result in more detail. It walks you through the process of updating the answer.
