It has been a while since you heard anything at all from Bing, including their Bing Webmaster Tools. So long that it seems the tool is becoming unusable and unstable. As you click around, you get sent to pages that don't load. In fact, here is a screen shot of me being taken to Bing search with a tab for "webmasters" when I clicked on one of the features on the site bar. It happens sporadically and others can replicate it too.

Bing most recently did an update to their webmaster tools in December 2016, so not that incredibly long ago. But keep in mind, it launched back in June 2009.
Do you even use Bing's tools? If so, why?
