OpenAI is testing placing descriptive headings above the ads within ChatGPT responses. I assume it is using AI to generate these headlines above the ChatGPT Ads.
This was spotted by Bordie Clark who posted on X and SERPalerts - he wrote, "ChatGPT is testing out a new ad display within its results, showing a descriptive heading that appears directly above the ad."

Google is testing this with its ads but advertisers are mostly not a fan of this. Advertisers prefer that Google use the ad descriptions they wrote, not those that AI came up with.
