Google Ads With Doubled About This Ad Button

Google seems to have a bug of sorts where sometimes it can show the three dots about this ad or search result button twice, instead of just once. I can replicate this for some queries but not all.

This was first spotted by Khushal Bherwani who posted a video of it in action on X - he said, "Google sponsored result with two dotted lines: one on the URL and another on the heading."

For me, clicking on the three dots do the same thing.
