Google AdSense logoGoogle announced a new format for AdSense text ad units, something we reported Google was testing a month and a half ago with paginated AdSense ads.

Google says the new format is "easier for your users to read," adding a few features and changes. Google said "the title and description in the new text ads will now be easier for your mobile users to read." Also "the ad description will be more prominent" and they added an "interactive experience, letting them swipe across or click on the dot to see the advertiser website URL."

I believe these new units have been out there for some time.
