Google announced on Google+ that they've updated the Google Best Practices (nofollowed the link) page to create a new simple design for you to quickly learn the latest and greatest on AdWords best practices.
The reason I nofollowed the link is because I now see ads on my site linking to the new best practices, so they are an advertiser and thus, even if I vouch for the link, I don't want Penguin to slap me over linking to advertisers, even Google.

To tell you the truth, I find it funny that the ads on this site are Flash ads and Google is auto-converting some Flash ads to HTML5. Good times Google.
