Google announced quietly on Google+ a new AdWords format named dynamic structured snippets is now available for some AdWords ads.
Dynamic structured snippets is when Google adds additional text that automatically shows with your search ads, highlighting industry-specific, structured information about your products and services. Google said "Dynamic structured snippets, like seller ratings, add value to your ads while saving you time and simplifying campaign management. They show for retail, hotel, and flight searches, with additional verticals to follow later this year. While automated extensions typically boost the average performance of an ad and are also a factor in Ad Rank."

Google makes up this content based on the content found on the page your ad is pointing to. Google said, "the information that appears for your ad's snippets reflects categories of content found on your site."
