Google AdWords representative, Zee, created a how to video for using the new AdWords Help forum. The video is less than two minutes and shows you how to search the AdWords Community site.

Personally, I love the AdWords forum, even more than the new forums the other properties are adopting. I do wish they all used those forums but they all decided to go with the Google Groups style. I am not sure how AdWords was able to break off and do their own thing here.
