Google AdWords Updates "Limited By Budget" Graph Estimator

Google AdWords Reporting Icon@SergeyRusak shared a photo on Twitter of a new "limited by budget" graph being tested in the AdWords console. This graph is displayed when Google shows you that your budgets are not meeting the available inventory for your keywords and campaigns.

When you click on the warning or message, the graph now looks like this:

This is used to (1) inform the advertiser there is more inventory available if they adjust their budgets and (2) to encourage the advertiser to spend more with Google AdWords.
