Google announced on Google+ that the AdWords reporting interface now has two new reports around bid strategies. If you do not see them yet, don't worry, they are rolling out over the next few days.
The new reports are around bid strategies that help advertisers better analyze their CPAs.
Report A: Strategy-Level Report:
The new strategy-level report shows how your bid strategies are performing at a glance, letting you easily compare metrics like conversions, cost, and CPA. You can also quickly make changes to your bid strategies right from the report, saving you time and effort.
Report B: Bid Strategy Status Report:
The new strategy-level report also includes a ‘bid strategy status' that shows whether your bid strategies are running at their full potential. There are a few different states for your strategies. For example, a "_learning_" status means your bid strategy needs more time to optimize your bids, while you may need to make changes to a "_limited_" bid strategy before it can fully optimize.
