Today on the Google home page is a special Google logo, Doodle, for the the designer of the rainbow flag, Gilbert Baker. He was an American artist, gay rights activist who designed this flag in 1978. He was born on June 2, 1951 in Chanute, Kansas and died at the age of 65 on March 31, 2017 in New York City.

Google didn't just redesign their logo, but when you click through, a lot of the search results page is in rainbow color. This normally happens on Pride Day but not for a Google Doodle day.
