Google Doodle For Hannah Glasse

Today on Google's home page is a special Google logo, Google Doodle, for Hannah Glasse. Hannah Glasse was born 310 years ago London, England and died at the age of 62 in London, England on September 1, 1770. She wrote cookbooks and The Art of Cookery made Plain and Easy in 1747 was her most famous work.

The Doodle today honors her writing and imagination and creativity. Google wrote "today's Doodle features Glasse whipping up a batch of classic Yorkshire puddings. Her recipe for Yorkshire pudding, among many others, is one of the earliest known ever published."

She and her husband had ten or possibly eleven children, says Wikipedia.

Today, Google honors her legacy with a special Doodle!
