One thing well known about the culture within Google is the heavy level of sarcasm and layers of jokes that go into the conversation there. Truth is, I love sarcasm and bringing up points from several years ago in my jokes - so I'd fit in pretty well there, at least when it comes to joking around in a dry manner.
Some Googlers displayed some of that this week after I covered that Google says 302 pass PageRank and SEOs are wrong. Shortly after I posted it, some SEOs said Google is lying or not telling the full truth. I find it interesting because all Google said was that they do pass PageRank for 302s and the Moz article says 0 link juice is passed. The Moz fans said maybe they do pass link juice but not equal levels of a 301. Okay.
Anyway, let's move on to the sarcasm from Google that followed. Here are some tweets from Googlers right after:
Meeting with team, first thing mentioned is... Wait for it... RandBrain. Yes, RandBrain. This is going downhill...

@randfish sarcasm?

@StuLong_ @dhinckley @randfish Yeah, it's almost as if I have a stake in selling 302 redirects :).

So, @TayandYou -- 301 or 302?

Click through to some of those tweets to see more details. I'm curious where John Mueller sells 302s?
