Bill Elward posted on Twitter that for a search on [personal loan] in Google, Google is displaying an unusual featured snippet. It looks like an extended version of a featured snippet. Here is a picture:
I personally can replicate it and as you can see, it shows the normal featured snippet box with the URL and then shows "related topics" directly below. Those related topics section have explore more links.
Have you seen these before? If so, for which queries?
