When I went offline (which is hard to do) I got notified (which I didn't see until I came back) that some webmasters were not being notified of manual actions they received in the Google Search Console.

Jennifer Slegg covered it, basically sites were getting manual actions on the backend but didn't see them in the Google Search Console manual actions section.

Google's John Mueller said last night on Twitter that the fix is now out and all folks with manual actions should now see them.

He said:

This seems to have been a bug for some webmasters for the past week or so.
