On Google's home page in the US is a special logo not for the Penguin launch but rather for reminding US citizens how to register to vote.
And I thought Google does no evil? I mean, either way, if you vote for any of the two primary candidates, you are doing evil? Okay, just kidding - I have zero opinion on politics outside of finding the humor in it.
Zazzle is selling that sign - have fun with it.
Today happens to be "National Voter Registration Day Reminder" so this is how Google reminds folks to register. Here is the widget Google gives folks in the US:
