It seems Google is showing image thumbnails on some of the "people also search for" related queries breakout search feature. I can replicate it for music related queries, such as [old man neil young] where at the bottom, instead of just showing text links to expand your query, you are also given image thumbnails.

Ceatus SEO notified me of this and posted it on Twitter. He said "Example of ongoing small changes to Google's results: Images appear with "People also search for" for music searches."
Google's search results keep getting richer and richer.
