Google is yet again testing image thumbnails in their search results snippets. This is a test that has been ongoing for several years now in many different forms. Here it is again and like every case before it, I personally cannot replicate it.

We saw this in 2017, 2016 and 2014 - and since I covered it so many times even before then, I didn't cover all the times this has been reported to me.
