Google Showing "Including Results For" Feature For Navigational Queries

Google has forever shown "including results for" at the top of the search results for misspellings but now it seems to be trying to be even more smarter. It is taking queries and thinking you are looking for a brand and suggests the navigational query.

If you search for [face] you get results for Facebook. I am not joking, here is a screen shot:

If you search for a [pint] you get results for Pinterest.

The "Including Results For" feature is not new but it showing up like this, does seem new.

John Doherty spotted this and posted it on Twitter. There is some debate on how new it is.
