There are several reports in the Google Webmaster Help forums and WebmasterWorld, as well as twitter, email and other reports I've seen, where webmasters are upset that Google Webmaster Tools links is not currently showing data.
I am not sure how wide spread of an issue is this is or how long it will be an issue for those complaining. I personally tested several profiles in my account and I was able to see links. Although, the number of links seemed to have dropped significantly from what I am use to seeing.
Are you having this issue? Some have reported seeing data come in but older data.
Google has not yet responded to the complaints.
