Google has now added to some business local knowledge panel a call to action to "get a quote" or "request a quote." So when you search for the company name, in the right panel or at the top of the mobile results, you get that call to action button. Joy Hawkins said on Twitter, "Whoa...the "Request a Quote" button is now showing on branded searches on desktop and it's HUGE."
Here are screen shots:
Joy said she didn't do anything to activate it, it just happened by itself. She said it is taking it from the Google My Business messaging feature.

So, a searcher wouldn't see the 'get a quote button' if they weren't logged into their google account? pic.twitter.com/uI5KX878M7
