We've seen the clipable coupons within the search results for several years now and in store listings and many places, but have we seen them in local knowledge panels? Maybe, I am not sure.
But Sachin Patel spotted one example of it showing up in a local knowledge panel and posted about it on X - I can replicate it, so it makes me think it is not new, but here is my screenshot - nevertheless:
