Many local SEOs are noticing that the Google Local Q&A or Google My Business Questions and Answers feature is buggy. Some are saying the Q&As are going missing and disappearing. Google has not confirmed the issue, as far as I can tell.

There is now a thread at the Local Search Forums about this with others noticing it as well:
You beat me to it Ben, I am seeing the same HOWEVER when I ask a question that I know I posted, the Q&A is suggested back to me...but still the listing is showing "Be the first to ask a question"
For me, it is rehabs, lawyers, real estate, insurance (all duress categories)
We are seeing this too. I also noticed the number that shows on the Knowledge Panel includes the missing one. For example, one of my clients says 8 for "see all questions" and when you click there are only 4 showing.
Seeing this issue for my dance studio client. Their Knowledge Panel Q&A shows "See all questions (7)" but when you click on the link you can scroll through all 8 Q&A's I added for them.
Seems we do have an issue.
