Google is now letting Local Guides and maybe other Google users to select a tag to describe why you like the business you are reviewing. So not just leave a star rating and a review and photos but also select a descriptive tag that Google can use in a more structured fashion.
Sergey Alakov shared this photo of Google showing this in the reviews:
You can see this local guide review shows "rated highly for" and then responsiveness and quality. At first I thought the reviewer is rated highly for this but it is the business.
Tom Waddington shared the form reviewers use to add these tags:
Interesting and I wonder if this will last.
David Haskins is worried about abuse:
Dear god this will be used more so by fake reviewers than real people 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
