Google has expanded the time frame you can go back and get query data from within Google Webmaster Tool's query report.
This comes after substantial complaints for Google switching to SSL search and not passing that query data to webmasters, event though they are for AdWords customers. So to try to make some webmasters happy, Google added about 55 more days of data to Google Webmaster Tools.
Google has expanded the date from 35 days back to 90 days back in history.
If you go back 90 days, you cannot use the "view with changes" option.
Other improvements include that as soon as you validate your site with Google Webmaster Tools, you should be able to see query data immediately. Also, Google is now collecting queries for the top 2000 queries.
