Matt Cutts, when at Google, provided these short videos answering one of questions around SEO topics. When Matt left, Google pretty much stopped doing them. Well, Google posted last week that they want to potentially do them again and asked you to submit your questions in a Google form.
John Mueller of Google wrote on Twitter "We're looking into a series of webmaster Q&A videos. What's on your mind that you'd like to have covered there?"

You can click on that Google form to complete the questions.
It is unclear who will be doing those videos but I have suspicions. :)
