Google: Canceling URL Removal Requests In Search Console Is Quick

Google Quick

Google's John Mueller said on Twitter that typically cancelling URL removal requests in Google Search Console is quick. How quick? I do not know but he said quick.

John said "Canceling a removal request is usually processed pretty quickly, and it looks like the site is back now, awesome!"

How long does this process usually take for you? From when you know the URL is removed from Google using the tool, then you click cancel. How long from when you click cancel does it take to show back in the Google index?
