A couple of months ago we reported that Google was testing a new design for their desktop search results interface. The search box was rounded and the top search box header area would stick to the top as you scroll. Over the past 48 hours or so, more people have been seeing this new design. Is it possible that Google may be rolling it out?
The image above is from one of the many people who saw this over the past 48 hours, specifically @BritneyMuller but many others shared this specifically with me. Here are some of those shares (not all, I am sorry if I missed yours):

Again, many more have been noticing it over the past 48 hours. I personally do not see this new design.
It is possible Google is testing it with a wider group of searchers or maybe Google is in the early stages of rolling out this design. I do not know yet.
