It is live - the 3D images in Google search results is now available to searchers. Just open your mobile browser, search for [shark] or other supported 3D objects and click on the "View in 3D" button for that object.

Google announced 3D objects in search at I/O a few weeks ago and now it is live.
As you can see from the video, you can view the 3D image and then see it as an object using AR, augmented reality, through your phones camera. Just watch that shark jump out at me - scary!
