Google's John Mueller announced on Google+ that they made a few updates to the Google Search Console API. The updates include more data through pagination, crawl errors now show the linked from URL and Google made the API quota limitations clearer.

Here is how John put it:

  • Pagination in Search Analytics. Now you can request more than 5000 rows of data for your site, without having to iterate through filters. Check out the "startRow" field documented over here. Scroll to the bottom of that page and look for "Getting more than 5,000 rows."
  • Crawl errors now include "linked from" information from the start. Check out urlCrawlErrorsSamples.list on this document.
  • Higher & clearer quotas. Like it so much that you just can't stop using it? You can see the various quotas over here.
