It is now 16 days and counting since the Google Search Console Coverage report has been updated. Two-weeks later than the normal two-day delay and there is no end in sight. I've been seeing complaints pointed at Google's John Mueller on Twitter with zero response.
I mean, Google is aware of the issue, they intentionally paused the reports because of the indexing issues that were supposedly fixed. But that was fixed 12 days ago and the reporting is still not working in Google Search Console.
The reports stop at April 7, 2019 when you check them. I check daily to see if the reports will be updated:
Here is the announcement about the issue from April 15th:
We will update when issues with reports & URL inspector are resolved. For now, to best determine if a URL is indexed, use a site: search. If you discover a URL is not included, this is likely a site-specific issue as the broad indexing issue has been resolved.

Here are more complaints today:
I'm seeing no updates for last 11 days (see date in screenshot). Yet my news content and page numbers fluctuate hourly and G Bot visits my sitemap with no issues @dannysullivan pic.twitter.com/EWmNL87Wg6

Johnny and Google Webmasters team, what's happening with the ongoing Search Console Coverage delay? Reports are almost 15 days old now and most of us are in need of an update to fix things. Can some one give us an update on this?

Mobile friendly page report. Almost 13 days out of date. GSC is broken and Google are as usual silent. @rustybrick @glenngabe pic.twitter.com/g5s4PJCdGj

The folks are getting restless. I have to imagine this will be resolved soon, at least I keep saying that. Last week I asked Google how much longer and then John Mueller said:
I don't know. At this point I'm afraid to make any predictions. I hope that this is something that will be resolved fairly quickly but sometimes these things take take a lot longer than we expect. But it is definitely something that we're taking fairly seriously and making sure that when it's resolved that it's really resolved and that we can notify folks when when we think that either we we have a clearer timeline or we we've been able to resolve it. So I wouldn't assume like hours but I think weeks would also be too long. So somewhere in the area of you know days. It's really hard to say.
Update: John posted saying they are working on it...
Sorry it's been taking so long -- I know the team is working hard on getting the last things resolved.

It's still pending resolution - I with (& thought) this would move along faster. Sorry about the delay!
