We've all seen examples of Google showing too many search results from a single domain name for one query. But here is one where the search results are simply really not that diverse. And the query itself is not that incredibly obscure.
Search for [mens hairstyles 2018] as @Gajizmo said on Twitter.

John Mueller from Google responded first saying, report the issue to Google:
I'd recommend submitting feedback in the search results if they show you things that aren't that relevant to your search intent.

We can discuss the number of search results usable for a site for specific queries, but ultimately this varies, and the arguments can go in either direction, so ... IMO it's kinda futile to argue about this. But this is Twitter, so here we are.

Truth is, if a Google search engineer saw this, they'd probably think this is not a really quality set of search results. I am sure Google is not proud of it.
Google can fix it over time and I suspect they will.
