The chatter has not simmered down that much from the February 12/13th Google algorithm update chatter. In fact, it picked up on the 14th, 15th and continued through the weekend through today. Some are saying they are seeing some reversals of the update on the 13th.
Google is constantly tweaking their search results, we try to cover the more significant shifts in our Google search algorithm updates category, even if Google does not confirm them - which is most of the time.
Here is some of the newer chatter from the WebmasterWorld thread:
Massive changes in SERP on this Saturday. All results have been going down
I'm facing drop for my main website. I'm sure that this is happening because of North Korea celebrating Birth Day of Kim Jong Il... [sarcasm]
My traffic has dropped as well yesterday and today Saturday the only cool thing is that I have had a few conversions from two of my niche sites, amazingly enough, they have come from Bing.
My rankings have continued to drop very slowly but surely since the 12th. I just can't believe after all the work I've put in I'm still on a downward trend. So discouraging.
Anyone seeing these changes from the 13th Feb revert back in the UK?
Most of the automated tracking tools have levels off for the most part. You can check Mozcast, SERPMetrics, Algoroo, Advanced Web Rankings, RankRanger, Cognitive SEO, and Accuranker.
Are you noticing these changes and fluctuations continue through the weekend?
