Sergey Alakov spotted another Google local test, this one shows a single search result towards the bottom of the Google local knowledge card. So right above the new questions & answers box you may see "search result" for the local knowledge card.
Here is an example screen shot from Sergey:
Google does show web results at the very bottom of a local knowledge card after you click into one. But this is showing a single search result that is more relevant to the business, normally the business's home page.
