Google just announced that it is releasing a new core update later today.
Google wrote on Twitter "Later today, we are releasing a broad core algorithm update, as we do several times per year. It is called the September 2019 Core Update. Our guidance about such updates remains as we’ve covered before. Please see this blog for more about that."
Here is the tweet:

So brace yourselves for another Google core search ranking update. Keep in mind, Google only pre-announces larger updates, so this will be a larger update.
Danny Sullivan said he expects this to start rolling out in the next few hours and then take a few days to fully rollout:
I expect it to begin in a few hours; these typically take a few days to fully roll out. Yes, we'll post when the rollout begins. We don't post when it ends because there's typically other updates that are always happening, too. But after a few days, as said.

What do you do if your were negatively impacted? Well, Google has told us numerous times there is no fix, but we broke them down and Google wrote some advice on what to do if your site drops in rankings after a Google core update.
There were many unconfirmed Google search ranking updates between the June core update and this one. Some of those seemed big but Google did not confirm any of those.
