Back in 2017, Google use to show "tags" for some types of search results snippets. They really didn't do anything outside of add content to the snippet but you couldn't click on them or interact with them in any other way. Well, they are now back and live for some queries.
Michel Gort shared a screen shot with me on Twitter of her seeing them again and I can replicate it myself. The funny thing, the old examples from 2017 do not show up anymore for me.
