Google has dropped yet another search filter option from the search results. This one is named "Translated Foreign Pages," which has been a search option for a really long time in the Google search results.
A Google Web Search Help thread has Google confirming the feature has been dropped but Google said they do want to bring it back.
Here is the before and after of the search filter.

Now/After Without Translated Foreign Pages:
Why was it removed? Hard to say, seems maybe a bug or something? Google's Kousha N. said:
This feature is currently unavailable, but we'd like to bring the functionality back in the future. I'll give you updates as I receive them, but for now there's no time frame for when that will happen. Thanks again for your feedback!
It is still a documented search feature on Google's help page.

Update: It turns out this feature is not coming back. Google told us it was removed forever. Here is their updated statement in the thread:
The translate foreign pages feature is no longer offered. Removing features always involves tough choices, but we do think very hard about each decision and its implications for our users. You can still translate entire pages in Chrome. Streamlining enables us to focus on creating beautiful technology that will improve people's lives.
