This may be a bit premature but I am seeing very early signs of a possible Google search algorithm update touching down. A WebmasterWorld has some European webmasters noticing some shifts and changes in the Google search results.
All the automated ranking checking tools show stability and no changes thus far but they tend to update a day after we spot the changes. But again, the chatter I am seeing is really early.
We are definitely due an update. The last Google update we reported here was back in early December and was related to the ongoing Penguin flux. Since then, it has been very quiet and stable in the search results but the Google engineers aren't going to sit on their hands forever.

There has been some noticeable shufffling in my sector (in which SERPs have hardly been affected at all by changes in the last couple of months). My site has moved from #27 to #15 for main key term, and a couple of other sites have moved up or down by varying amounts.
Others are noticing some slow down in their traffic and conversion via Google as well.
It might be nothing but it has been unusually long since a large search results shift and we are due one soon.
