Lizzi Harvey from Google announced on Twitter that the video structured data doc got a big refresh. I took a quick look and yes, it is so much better. Google added More screenshots, how to mark timestamps on YouTube videos, how monitor your video performance with Search Console, the live badge docs are now merged with main video docs and so much more.

I've been playing around with timestamps in YouTube videos and I even asked John Mueller about this and he didn't give me a full answer. But Lizzi posted on Twitter "If your video is on YouTube, no need to do markup. You can put timestamp info in the YouTube video description." She even gave these tips:

- List the timestamps in chronological order
- Put each timestamp/label pair on a new line

The Live badge for video streaming:
