Google has been hosting webmaster conferences all over the place, espesially in India and other regions where you cannot find many SEO type conferences. Well, that is now changing with Google hosting a Google Webmaster Conference at the GooglePlex, in Mountain View, California.
Google announced the event on its blog saying "Building on the success of these events so far, we’re hosting a product summit version of this event at the Google Headquarters in Mountain View on Monday November 4th."
Google added:
This event is designed to facilitate an open dialog between the webmaster and SEO community and Search product teams. This one-day event will include talks from Search product managers, Q&A sessions, and a product fair giving attendees the opportunity to have direct conversations with product managers. Attendees will learn from the people building Search about how they think about the evolution of the platform, and have the opportunity to share feedback about the needs of the community. We also realize that not everyone will be able to make this event in person, so we plan to share out much of the content and feedback after the event.
The event will not be lived streamed because the structure is not suited for it said Danny Sullivan:
We're not going to stream it. The sessions will involve a lot of interaction, so it's not really suited for that. We expect to be sharing a lot of the discussion in other ways, however.

I was part of some of these "product summit" and that is true, it would be super hard to live stream it and fully understand what is going on if you are not in the room. Normally these product summits were like an hour or so, but this one is a full day event, from 9 to 5. There is a nice overview of the schedule you can view and you can apply over here to attend.
I do not see any mention of dancing on the schedule, so I guess this is not an old Google Dance event.
I did apply, I am not sure if they will let me in. :)
