Once again the Google webmaster hangouts hosted by John Mueller and other Googlers has to move to another platform. This time it is moving from YouTube Live Hangouts on Air to GSuite Hangouts Meet. John Mueller from Google said he is going to give this format a try on this upcoming Friday's hangout, which I believe starts at 3am EDT.
Here is John's tweet about the change:
I've added the next 2 webmaster central office-hours hangouts at https://t.co/wNBX7P2l27 -- feel free to add your questions! The one on Friday will be with a different setup, using Hangouts Meet.

I suspect that means it will be more of a manual process to move the archived version to YouTube later?
How do you join this? Well, John will post a link in the Google webmaster help YouTube community channel in that specific thread. You should be able to find it in the comments section after the hangout starts. John wrote:
To join live, watch out for the link here once the event starts, and use a webcam + headset. Feel free to drop by - we welcome webmasters of all levels! We'll go through a mix of questions from here, as well as live questions. The session will be recorded (but not live-streamed), and later uploaded to our YouTube channel. See you soon!
So this will no longer be able to be live streamed but a recorded session that he will upload later. You can participate live, if you are the first 10 or so people to join the link. It is not clear if this will be the format Google goes with going forward or not but as of now, John is testing what to do now that YouTube Live hangouts is going away.
