If you go to Google and search for [cure for cancer] the top organic result basically says doctors are lying and the cure to cancer is drinking carrot juice.
Here is that result, again, it is the number one listing in Google right now:
The only good thing is that Google also surfaces their medical knowledge panel on the right side that offers more scientific results to the query:
Gary Illyes from Google said this is a result that is worth Google looking into to see how they can address it:
I think it's worth looking into it, low volume or not. This is a sensitive health query, we need to do really well in this query category

This probably would fall under the work Google is doing around targeting inaccurate search results with various algorithms.
I guess we will see over time if Google pulls the result or if Google's algorithms adjust to show more scientific results?
